2. We check availability and brief the contractor using our inspection photos and videos, so they clearly understand the job and can provide a quote. 

3. Direct payment: You deal with the contractor and pay them directly, keeping the process simple and transparent.

Pricing & Referral Disclosure

• Competitive Rates: We leverage our long-standing relationships with local tradespeople to secure preferred rates. This means that even with our referral fee included, the quotes you receive through PrimeView remain highly competitive—typically well below the rates charged by larger national property maintenance firms.

• The Referral Fee: PrimeView Property Services receives a referral fee (maximum 10%) directly from the contractor for introducing the work and coordinating the project.

• Independent Contracting: While we only recommend trusted professionals, the contract for work is between you and the tradesperson. We always advise clients to perform their own final checks on insurance and references before work begins to ensure total peace of mind.
