At PrimeView Property Services, we never rush through an inventory. 

How long we spend on-site

These are typical on-site durations for a full inventory inspection:

• Studio / 1-bedroom: around 90 minutes

• 2-bedroom: around 2 hours

• 3-bedroom: around 2½ hours

• 4-bedroom: around 3 hours (and longer for larger properties)

Time on-site is only part of the process. After each visit, we complete detailed reports back at the office, reviewing notes, selecting and linking photographs, and ensuring every observation is accurately documented.

Actual time may vary depending on property size, condition and furnishings.
